What is the difference between glass and pyrex?
Pyrex is a brand name owned by Corning for a type of glass called borosilicate. Borosilicate is a specially manufactured type of glass that is much more heat and shatter resistant than regular glass. It's the same stuff that is used to make the pytex cookware that you use in your oven. The result is a highly durable form of glass that has made glass sex toys possible which would not have been safe with regular glass.

How do I heat up my toy?
Heating up your pyrex toy can open a whole new realm of sensations that are not available with other materials. You can heat it up in a pot on the stove or by placing it in a container of water in the microwave. We're just looking for warm here but some people over do it so the following are a few precautions... Be sure to check that the toy is not too hot before touching it. If the water gets too hot to touch, then don't touch the water or the toy. Do not apply excessive heat to the toy. Never allow a hot toy to come into contact with cold water. Many women that we have talked to love to have a cool toy followed immediately be a warm toy since they can feel every inch of the cool toy sliding in and out and then the extreme change in sinsation of the warm toy really gets them going.

How do I cool off my toy?
Cooling off your pyrex toy can also open a whole new realm of sensations that are not available with other materials. You can cool it off in the refrigerator or freezer. If you use the freezer, we all know what happens when you lick something frozen and that wouldn't be fun in this situation. So if freezing it, run it under cold water for a couple of seconds prior to use. Many women that we have talked to love to have a cool toy followed immediately be a warm toy since they can feel every inch of the cool toy sliding in and out and then the extreme change in sinsation of the warm toy really gets them going. Never allow a cold toy to come into contact with hot water.

Do you guys need anyone to test new toy designs?
Sorry but we have all the testers that we can handle. As you can probably imagine, that's one of the key benefits of having a job here; some companies have casual fridays, we have big boxes of toys to test. :o) We are however interested in customers who want to demonstrate our products as individuals, couples, or groups. We are looking into adding demos on our site that would have customers showing the ways that they enjoy using the toys that they got from us. How long will it take for me to get my order?
In house processing takes 1-3 business days. Shipping time will depend on the shipping method you choose and your distance from Kansas City.

How is the order shipped?
We have a variety of shipping methods available. You will be able to see the available shipping methods and their costs during the checkout process. We recommend UPS Ground shipping. Because of our central location, this low cost shipping method will get orders just about anywhere in the US fairly quickly.

Are orders processed/shipped discreetly?
We have a great respect for our customers' privacy and go out of our way to protect it. Our site uses 128 bit encryption to protect your information when you order, our name appears as Synergy Services on your credit card, and all orders are packaged very discreetly.

If I decide that I do not want/like an item, can I return it?
Because of the health concerns that would arise from us allowing returns, all sales are final unless the item is received defective or damaged. In cases of defect or damage, it must be reported to us within 2 business days of receipt of the shipment. Items that arrive damaged will be replaced with an identical item and a damage claim will be filed with UPS.

How much is shipping?
The shipping price will depend on the weight of your item(s), how far you live from Kansas City, and the method you choose. We recommend UPS Ground for most customers. During the checkout process you will be able to see the available shipping methods and their costs. Please note that our automated shipping calculator works fine for retail orders but wholesale customers should wait for their final total from one of our sales reps to ensure the correct shipping price.

Do you have any kind of minimum or maximum order?
Retail orders have a minimum order of $20.00 before shipping. Wholesale order have a minimum order of $100 before shipping. There is no maximum order.

When paying by credit card, can I ship to an address other than the billing address for the card?
As required by Visa and Mastercard, we are only able to ship orders to the billing address for the credit card. If you would like the order shipped to another address, we would recommend using paypal or mailing in your payment.
